    Our coaching is holistic and focuses on teaching you how to reconnect to your spiritual self while understanding your body and mind.

    Therapy is mainly for people with mental health diagnosis. Coaching is for anyone who wants to work on personal growth or get their lives back on track.

    Therapy is often reactive -After years of issues. Coaching is often proactive -A catalyst for change.

  • Angela will provide you with a safe and confidential space where she will actively listen to you and ask powerful questions to help you gain clarity and perspective.

    She will provide you with distance Reiki Healing at the beginning and at the end of the session.

    A typical session lasts around 60 minutes, and during this time, you will explore your goals, values, strengths, and challenges.

    Depending on your menu option you chose, Angela will focus on the specific theme, but you are in control of the flow of the session.

  • Angela provides therapy services through the non-profit community mental health clinic she works for.

    Angela does not provide therapy services outside of the clinic. If interested in psychotherapy services with Angela and you live in the state of Maryland, please contact us to get a referral.

    You can mix and match from the menu options or you can request to have the sessions 100% tailored to your needs and interests.

    You can also participate in our 2 month program which includes 8 sessions and daily progress contact (via phone, email, and/or text) during the duration of the program.

  • YES! If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with our services, you can contact us within 15 days of your service to get a full refund.
